The Grey Isles are fairytale kingdom set in The World of Aurora.  It has no ruler and it’s people make all governing decisions by vote. All people between 15 Seasons and 50 Seasons are eligible to vote, regardless of gender.

Primary natural resources are fishing, whaling and hunting. Due to volcanic activity, there is no official number of islands, as they rise from, and sink back into, the sea.

The people are heavy built, with greyish skin and black eyes. The children have white hair, adults either brown or black, elders grey. All islanders can hold their breath under water for hours.

The capital city is Fareyk which is the largest and most stable of the islands. The Grey Isles holds no schools for higher learning.

It is a secondary location in the story Running.
